#APPLE BOOTCAMP UPDATE WINDOWS 10 UPDATE#
Hopefully in the near future, Microsoft will send an update for Bootcamp Windows 10 that resolves all these issues without having to study the in's and out's of Wifi / Bluetooth etc! Not ideal, but I am out of informtion and have no further energy to find out why. I also find if I don't use the mouse for a short period it becomes unresponsive and cannot reconnect without restarting the pc. So now that my Bootcamp Windows 10 can connect and utelise my 5GHz connection, my Microsoft mouse connects to my pc, without interferance, which it does most of the time, not 100%. After doing this, I could connect to my 5GHz frequency.

The rollback was done by right clicking on the bottom left Windows icon, selecting Device Manager, scrolling down to Network Adapters, right clicking on my Wifi adapter, selecting Properties, selecting Driver tab and finally selecting, Rollback driver. I had to rollback my driver after Windows Update automatically downloaded and installed the latest driver, which does not allow a 5GHz connection. I also, eventually, found out that the above date and version of my particular driver was the only one compatible to enable a 5GHz connection. Particularly, the Radio Types Supported is what I needed to know and it clearly shows me that my driver supports 802.11ac and are the particular radio types needed for a solid 5GHz connection with high Mbps. You can see from this report (image attached) that it displays all the information you need to check what your driver supports.
